About the Job

  • We are seeking a highly skilled IT Expert with strong coding experience to join Redeemers Health Village Hospital on a full-time, on-site basis.
  • This role is critical to supporting, developing, and maintaining our digital health systems, ensuring efficient, secure, and reliable technology operations across all hospital services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and internal systems
  • Manage and support hospital IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases
  • Support, customize, and optimize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and other health information systems
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
  • Implement data security measures, system backups, and ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve digital workflows
  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and technical procedures

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrable coding experience (e.g., Python, Java, PHP, C#, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of system administration, networking, and cybersecurity
  • Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a healthcare setting
