Job Description
- The IT & Digital Innovations Lead is responsible for managing the organization’s technology infrastructure and driving digital transformation to improve efficiency, data management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and implement digital tools to support programs and operations.
- Maintain the website, CRM systems, and digital platforms.
- Train staff on technology use and ensure tech support.

Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in IT management or digital transformation.
- Strong knowledge of nonprofit tech needs and digital tools.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to train non-technical users.
