- We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our hardware infrastructure and enterprise application systems. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal system performance, security, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT hardware infrastructure (servers, networks, endpoints).
- Oversee implementation, integration, and support of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, core business systems).
- Ensure system uptime, data security, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Lead IT support operations and resolve escalated technical issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to drive technology improvements.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades where necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise application management.
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems and system integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Microsoft, Cisco).
- Experience in fintech, banking, or fast-paced environments.
