- The African Academy for Counter-Fraud and Anti-Corruption Studies (AACAS) is seeking a versatile and skilled individual to join our team as an IT Manager/Graphic Designer.
- This unique role offers an opportunity to lead the IT department while also contributing creatively through graphic design in the fight against fraud and corruption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage IT operations, infrastructure, and systems to ensure functionality, security, and efficiency within AACAS.
- Lead a team of IT support professionals, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
- Maintain and update AACAS's online platforms, ensuring a user-friendly and up-to-date web presence.
- Design high-quality, compelling graphics for a range of purposes, including digital and print materials, social media, educational content, and more.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand design needs and produce visually appealing content aligned with AACAS's goals.
- Develop multimedia content, including presentations, videos, infographics, and other visual assets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Substantial experience in IT management, including system administration, network management, and technical support.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent software.
- Strong leadership skills to manage an IT team effectively and efficiently.
- Creative and design capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic work environment.
