Job Summary
- The IT Officer will oversee the company’s technology infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure smooth operation of all IT systems across multiple real estate sites and offices. This role supports sales, operations, property management, and construction teams by maintaining reliable networks, software systems, data security, and digital tools used in real estate business processes.
- Manage and maintain company hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and network devices.
- Provide technical support to office staff, sales teams, on-site engineers, and property management teams for all IT-related issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewalls across different project locations.
- Oversee real estate software systems, such as CRM, ERP, lead management platforms, billing systems, and document management tools.
- Ensure data security and backup management, including antivirus, access control, and secure cloud storage.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement, system upgrades, AMC services, and technology installations at new project sites.
- Set up IT systems for new offices, sales galleries, project sites, and customer service centers.
- Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime for sales operations, customer data, and internal workflows.
- Implement and maintain email, communication tools, and user account management, including permissions and cybersecurity protocols.
- Prepare IT documentation, including asset inventory, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of IT experience (preferably in real estate, construction, or multi-site operations).
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and Windows environments.
- Experience with CRM/ERP software used in real estate (preferred).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
