We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT OFICCER with experience in ERP systems support to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing the organization’s IT infrastructure while providing specialized support for the ERP environment. This role requires a strong understanding of systems administration and ERP configuration to ensure reliable and efficient system operations.

As system administration, the candidate will:

  • Administer, monitor, and maintain servers, storage and system infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Provide end to end support for the organization’s ERP system, including user management, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with ERP vendors and developers to resolve technical issues, implement updates, and enhance system functionality.
  • Ensure IT systems comply with organizational security standards and best practices.
  • Support ERP users across departments by resolving issues, providing training, and ensuring smooth workflow integration.
  • Maintain and update system documentation, procedures, and configuration records.
  • Monitor system performance and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate with other IT team members to implement technology solutions that improve business efficiency.

Requirement for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist, preferably with ERP exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, network protocols, and system security.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
