Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily computer operations, network systems, and server.
- Serve as the primary liaison between BlackPride YYC and Syxlabs
- Manage and oversee all IT operations for BlackPride YYC.
- Provide prompt resolution for all technical issues and support requests
- Ensure proper operation of software applications, hardware, and other technology tools used by the organization.
- Ensure IT policies, security protocols, and procedures are followed.
- Assist in system upgrades, software installations, and configuration updates.
- Maintain accurate records of system activities, incidents, and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT operations or system support
- Experience with Windows/Linux server environments is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and methodical approach
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Self-starter, able to work independently without much supervisio
