Job Summary

The IT Sales Executives will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s range of IT products and services. This role involves a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Present and promote IT products, CCTV solutions, and services to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on emerging IT trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in IT sales or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and solutions (hardware, software, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, cctv etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
