Role Overview
- The IT Security Analyst is responsible for monitoring and protecting the organization’s information systems against cyber threats. The role involves identifying vulnerabilities, responding to security incidents, and supporting the implementation of cybersecurity policies and controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and detect potential cyber threats or vulnerabilities.
- Perform security assessments and vulnerability scans.
- Support the implementation of IT security policies and procedures.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches.
- Maintain security logs and prepare incident reports.
- Support network security and endpoint protection initiatives.
- Work with IT teams to ensure secure system configurations and updates.
- Participate in security awareness and compliance programs.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in IT Security, Cybersecurity, or Information Security.
Age Requirement
- Applicants must not be more than 38 years old.

- Candidates with Pass grades for HND/OND are not acceptable.
- Part-time degrees are not acceptable.
- Degrees from open universities or unaccredited institutions (e.g., Benin Republic) are not acceptable.
- Candidates with less than 2 years stay in previous organizations are not acceptable.
