Job Summary
- As the IT Specialist, you will oversee and support daily IT operations, ensure secure and efficient network and server performance, and provide expert-level technical assistance to internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a secure and scalable network infrastructure.
- Monitor network security and implement measures to safeguard against unauthorized access.
- Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Conduct training sessions for staff members on IT best practices and new technologies.
- Configure, manage, and monitor servers to ensure system availability.
- Lead key IT projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT systems, networking, and server management.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN protocols, VLANs, VPNs, and other networking concepts.
- Proficiency in server operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, or Unix.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 / Month.
