Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT administration or technical support.
- Basic to intermediate technical knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, and antivirus/security tools.
- Familiarity with IT frameworks and certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (added advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to work tactically and proactively in resolving technical issues.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a user-focused approach.
- Commitment to maintaining endpoint security and promoting user awareness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
