We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support / Frontend Support Officer to support system operations, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth functionality of our web and application platforms.

The ideal candidate will provide technical support to internal teams and users, assist in frontend issue resolution, and work closely with the development and operations teams to ensure system stability and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

IT & Technical Support

  • Provide first-line technical support for internal systems and users.
  • Troubleshoot software, system, and application-related issues.
  • Assist in resolving frontend and UI-related bugs.
  • Monitor system performance and report anomalies.

Frontend & Application Support

  • Support web and mobile application interfaces.
  • Identify and report UI/UX issues to the development team.
  • Assist with frontend updates, testing, and deployment support.
  • Ensure smooth user interaction across platforms.

System & User Support

  • Support onboarding of new staff with system access and setup.
  • Maintain IT assets and basic system documentation.
  • Respond promptly to technical support tickets and requests.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with developers, operations, and customer support teams.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and technical procedures.
  • Assist in testing new features and system upgrades.
