- We are seeking a proactive and tecnhnically skilled IT Support Officer to join our IT team.
- The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, ensuire smooth and secure operations.
- Data analytics skills are essential for reporting, automation, and process improvement.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 2—3 years experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS & networking
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with IT security & backup systems
- Data analytics skills (Excel, Power Bl, SQL, Python)
- Strong problem-solving skills
