Our ICT Solutions range from the development and deployment of cutting edge Business Software Applications to the deployment of cutting edge ICT communication technologies. We have in place two service units that develop, deploy and support these solutions. The first is our Computer Engineering Service Unit responsible for all IT infrastructure and communication Solutions while the Software Service Unit is responsible for all our Business Software Applications.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our small IT team (2–3 members) supporting a user base of approximately 250 employees. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft systems, server administration, and network troubleshooting, as well as the ability to provide excellent user support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, operating systems, and application software.
  • Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, Active Directory, Exchange, printers, photocopiers, and user devices.
  • Provide timely 1st and 2nd-level support to end-users across the organization.
  • Maintain and support Microsoft Exchange and enterprise messaging/collaboration tools.
  • Proactively ensure high availability, performance, security, and reliability of systems and networks.
  • Monitor application and system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions in collaboration with vendors and developers.
  • Implement and manage security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Maintain documentation, IT policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and liaise with external vendors to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Certifications such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) and Microsoft (MCITP/MCSA/MCSE) are strongly preferred.
  • Solid experience managing Microsoft Windows operating systems and Active Directory Domain Services.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Exchange server management.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with data networks and network troubleshooting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
