Key Responsibilities:
- IT technical support (help desk, desktop, email and webservices, etc.)
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and hardware.
- Updates: software updates, antivirus protection, and data backups.
- Installation and maintenance of CCTV system.
- Development, customize and support responsive WordPress websites and optimization.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and content teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Maintain documentation and inventory of IT assets
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in operating systems and basic networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi configurations).
- Experience using remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with support ticketing and tracking systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
- Competence in hardware troubleshooting and proven experience as a WordPress Developer, Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Strong understanding of PHP and WordPress architecture and coding standards.
- Knowledge of website optimization and SEO best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
