Our client in media and advertising is looking for a tech-savvy leader to manage people, processes, and systems. The role focuses on driving internal transformation, helping teams adopt digital sales and booking platforms, and shaping the company’s growth in Nigeria and beyond.
Responsibilities:
Platform Integration & Process Enablement
- Transform internal workflows into a scalable digital booking framework..
- Collaborate with tech teams on feature logic, automation, and system improvements
- Define approval flows and operational checks, and process
People Management & Adoption
- Onboard teams onto new platform workflows.
- Design training programs and usage protocols.
- Promote process accountability, collaboration and efficient adoption of systems.
Compliance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor adherence to booking compliance, operational processes and platform usage standards
- Resolve conflicts and provide actionable insights through reports for leadership
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Human Resources, or related field
- 6–10 years in operations, digital transformation, or sales systems
Must have skills
- Change management and team adoption
- Process mapping and workflow optimization
- CRM and digital platform proficiency
- Analytical and reporting skills
