Working with the private and public sectors, SFH adopts social marketing and behaviour change communication to improve access to essential health information, services, and products to motivate the adoption of healthy behaviours.

Job Profile:

S/he will ensure prompt entry of data in the appropriate platforms, and hence ensure real-time availability of data for onward transmission, thereby meeting donor data requirements. S/he will work with and oversee a team of DECs to ensure that all data is up to date to meet the reporting timelines.

Job-role:

The successful candidate will perform the following functions:

  • Oversee the EMR and all persons that make enter data into the database.
  • Be responsible for the quality of data on all databases.
  • Take full responsibility for the quality of data generated and ensure that the database meets the needs of the program through updates, cleaning, data.
  • Support the M&E Advisor in the delivery of his/her work in the state.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Must possess a minimum of three (3) years post NYSC work experience, preferably in M&E.
  • Must be computer literate, with strong spreadsheet (e.g., MS Excel) abilities.
  • Familiarity with electronic databases
  • Show ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to deliver high quality outputs in a timely manner.
  • Computer literacy & strong analytical skills including advanced use of Excel.
  • Knowledge in using various databases including EMRs and DHIS2.
  • Ensure that all registers and databases are up to date.
  • Supervisory Skills: Proven leadership and supervisory experience in leading an SI team to successful outcomes.

Skills and competencies required:

  • Must be computer literate, with strong spreadsheet (e.g., MS Excel) abilities
  • Proficient at using electronic databases
  • Previous experience with LAMIS is an advantage
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to deliver high-quality outputs on time
