Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategies for TV, digital, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Drive brand positioning and commercial storytelling to enhance News Central TV’s appeal to advertisers, sponsors, and partners.
- Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitive landscape to inform revenue strategies.
- Lead negotiations for advertising deals, brand partnerships, and commercial agreements.
- Work closely with the Director, Commercial & Communications, to align commercial goals with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with editorial, production, and digital teams to create compelling commercial opportunities.

- Represent News Central TV at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums.

Person Specification
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in media sales, business development, or commercial leadership, preferably in broadcasting, digital media, or advertising.
- Proven track record in revenue generation, sales leadership, and hitting financial targets.
- Strong network of advertisers from government, media agencies, and corporate partners.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and drive high-performance teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities.
- Familiarity with media sales platforms, audience measurement tools, and digital advertising trends.
