  • We're looking for a Marketing and Content Cordinator (Team Lead) to cordinate and execute strategic marketing—both for DreamLife Studios’ internal brand and for our clients. This is a dynamic role that combines team leadership, digital strategy, content direction, live event promotion, client acquisition marketing, and recruitment support.

Responsibilities

For DreamLife Studios (Internal Agency Marketing):

  • Lead in-house brand campaigns to increase awareness and drive inbound leads
  • Develop marketing funnels and campaigns to attract new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with Business Development to support lead conversion

For Clients (External Campaign Strategy & Oversight):

  • Oversee strategy, execution, and performance for key client campaigns
  • Ensure creative excellence and brand alignment in all client deliverables
  • Support content creation, paid media, and reporting for multiple client accounts
  • Provide strategic input to improve client marketing performance

Live Event Campaigns & Promotions

  • Coordinate, plan, and lead the marketing team during live event promotions and social media campaigns
  • Develop pre-event, real-time, and post-event content strategies
  • Ensure seamless brand messaging and audience engagement across all platforms during live activations
  • Work closely with event production, content, and design teams to maximize impact

Team Management & Recruitment

  • Lead a team of social media marketing executives and content creators
  • Manage timelines, resources, and quality control across internal and client campaigns
  • Run weekly reviews, brainstorms, and performance sessions
  • Collaborate with HR in recruiting social media marketing executives, content creators, and videographers as needed
  • Ensure the right talent is in place to execute high-quality creative and digital campaigns

Campaign Tracking & Reporting

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager) to measure performance
  • Report on campaign results, lead generation, ROI, and recommendations
  • Continuously refine strategies based on performance insights

What You Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing (agency or fast-paced environment preferred)
  • Proven track record of leading social media campaigns and managing teams
  • Experience executing or overseeing campaigns for live events or public-facing activations
  • Strong ability to work across both internal and client-facing projects
  • A creative and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and leadership skills
