  • We are seeking a Marketing Automation & Ops Lead to architect the marketing engine that scales Herbal Goodness efficiently. This role ensures every customer touchpoint—email, SMS, CRM, and automation workflows—is optimized, tracked, and driving measurable revenue growth. You will integrate systems, enforce compliance, and streamline processes, freeing the team to focus on creativity and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize lifecycle automation flows (welcome, cart abandonment, win-back, upsell).
  • Integrate CRM, eCommerce (Shopify), email, SMS, and analytics for seamless marketing operations.
  • Maintain data hygiene and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Own attribution modeling to ensure accurate ROI measurement across campaigns.
  • Implement and maintain technical SEO elements (tagging, redirects, schema, GTM setup).
  • Monitor and optimize the marketing technology stack, troubleshoot integrations, and streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with growth and data teams to run scalable, automated experiments.

Success Metrics

  • Increase conversion rates in automated flows by 20% within 12 months.
  • Achieve 95%+ deliverability on all email/SMS campaigns.
  • Ensure attribution accuracy for 90%+ of campaigns.
  • Reduce manual campaign setup time by 30% through automation.
  • Contribute to 100%+ revenue growth within the first 12 months.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation or marketing operations (eCommerce preferred).
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, and Marketo.
  • Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem and third-party integrations.
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO (structured data, canonical tags, redirects).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution and reporting models.
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and API integrations.
