Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes digital marketing strategies.
  • Creates and manages engaging content across social platforms, monitors and analyses social media performance.
  • Engages with the online audience to drive brand awareness and achieve business goals. 
  • Developing social media strategies, content creation, community management, performance analysis, competitor monitoring, and staying updated on digital trends. 
  • Designs and implements comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company\'s marketing objectives. 
  • Creates, curates, and schedules compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for various social media channels. 
  • Manages and engages with online communities by responding to comments and messages, fostering discussions, and building relationships with influencers. 
  • Monitors key performance metrics, analyses data using tools like Google Analytics, and generates reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide future strategies. 
  • Conducts research to understand consumer trends and target audiences, and tracks competitor activity to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. 
  • Plans, executes, and manages paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting. 
  • Monitors brand sentiment on social media and manages potential crises to protect the company\'s reputation. 
  • Works with internal teams, such as design and sales, to ensure brand consistency and support broader marketing initiatives. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong writing and analytical skills using diverse tools and computer applications
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Creativity and ability to develop engaging content.
