AudaCity Capital is a progressive and flourishing prop trading firm, and trading education provider. We are based in London, and at the moment have a team of highly trained properly trading professionals, managing the company’s extensive funds on our City of London based trading floor.
The Role
- Proven experience managing and scaling multiple ad accounts across both Meta Ads and Google Ads. (If you haven’t done both, this isn’t the role for you.)
- In depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads including campaign structuring, retargeting, audience building, and performance optimization.
- Deep understanding of metrics and media math (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, MER, aMER).
- Strong copywriting instincts for direct response advertising.
- Comfort using data platforms (GA4, Meta Events Manager, Looker Studio) to analyze and visualize performance.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for forecasting, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- You are a problem solver and know how to take lead in situations that present any obstacle when it comes to execution.
- Excellence in Geotargeting Campaign
Preferred Qualifications
- Background or interest in finance, investing, trading, or fintech.
- Hands on experience with project management tools like Asana and Basecamp.
- Experience managing creative direction or working with a creative team on performance driven asset production.
- Team player mindset with a passion for mentorship and process improvement.
