Key Responsibilities:
Telemarketing & Lead Generation:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote available properties and real estate investment opportunities.
- Follow up on leads generated through online and offline campaigns.
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for property inspections or consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions on the system.
- Provide clients with detailed property information, pricing, and payment options
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to attract potential buyers and investors.
- Create and post engaging content (script writing, videos, fliers and captions) showcasing properties, client testimonials, and company updates.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms like Instagram, facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Respond to enquiries and messages on all social media platforms
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports for management.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of combined experience in telemarketing and social media management, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident phone presence with persuasive sales ability.
- Proficiency Microsoft tools and social media management platforms.
- Creativity in content creation using appropriate tools
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
