Job Description
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and promoting the company’s online presence across all social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, plan, and manage content for all social media platforms.
- Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos of properties, project sites, and company activities.
- Develop engaging content including graphics, captions, reels, and promotional videos.
- Promote real estate listings, estates, and company services online.
- Manage daily social media activities including posting, responding to inquiries, and engaging with clients.
- Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase visibility and sales.
- Work with the marketing team to design campaigns for property promotions and company branding.
- Maintain the company’s digital media library (photos, videos, and promotional materials).
- Track and report social media performance and audience engagement.
