About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive and analytical Navision Functional Officer to join our Business Applications team.
- This individual will be instrumental in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) system to align with business needs and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) users across business units.
- Analyse and resolve application issues, escalate complex problems, and coordinate with technical teams.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand business processes and translate them into system functionalities.
- Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and testing processes.
- Train end-users and prepare documentation for standard operating procedures.
- Ensure system controls and compliance with internal policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a functional role supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
- Strong understanding of finance and supply chain modules within Navision.
- Experience in user training, documentation, and change management.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
