Responsibilities
- Keep our network alive and thriving — monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues before they escalate.
- Perform routine maintenance and implement preventive measures to ensure 24/7 reliability.
- Respond swiftly to incidents and document resolutions with precision.
- Analyze network metrics to spot bottlenecks and boost performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver seamless operations.
Requirements
- 2 – 3 years in NOC or network operations (Telecom/ISP experience preferred).
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, and more.
- Hands-on with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
- Certifications like CCNA/CCNP? Big plus!
- Problem-solving ninja with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
