Job Description
- The NOC Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Network Operations Center, ensuring optimal network performance and availability.
- This role involves monitoring network infrastructure, managing a team of network engineers and technicians, resolving network incidents, and ensuring compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- The NOC Manager will also coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of network issues.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills, with a deep understanding of network technologies, telecommunications infrastructure, and industry best practices
