The E-channels Support Officer is to ensure that all electronic and digital channels in the production environment are available and useable by customers 24/7. The E-channels Support Officer is not limited to only electronic and digital channels but also forms a part of the Application Support role and ensures that all applications within his domain are available and useable by customers 24/7. He/She will also responsible for providing insights/foresights to the business through script writing using business intelligent/ user-interpretable tools to ensure the business is well informed of its operations.
Qualifications
- First degree in IT and Computer Sciences or related discipline
- Professional Certifications (Ms SQL, Advance script writing, AIX/Unix/Ubuntu, Basic Financial knowledge, .NET programming etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years Application Support experience in the financial sector
