We are currently looking to engage a highly competent and result-oriented Officer, Digital Marketing with strong personal & professional integrity to join the dynamic team in our Institution.
The Officer, Digital Marketing will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, creating engaging content, and monitoring campaign performance to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
He/she is expected to:
- Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising, with the goal of driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate closely with the Media team to design and maintain monthly content calendars, ensuring the timely and effective deployment of creative and impactful content across all social media platforms.
- Monitor, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Communications, Sales, and other Support units, to ensure consistency in messaging, alignment with broader marketing objectives, and reinforcement of the university’s overall brand strategy.
- Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital tools, and evolving best practices to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and strategic advantage in digital marketing.
- Design and conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other optimization initiatives to refine campaign targeting, improve user experiences, and maximize performance outcomes.
- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly performance reports on digital campaigns, providing insights and actionable recommendations to management for data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and optimize the use of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize return on investment and achieve campaign objectives within budget.
- Support the development and execution of email marketing strategies, including audience segmentation, content personalization, and automation, to increase customer engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
Qualification & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ cognate experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and google analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Candidate should be able to pay keen attention to details.
