Salary: 200k and above.

About the Role:

An education-law, innovation-driven firm behind impact projects across technology, employment, and open-source learning.

We seek a detail-oriented, creative, and disciplined Online Community & Content Manager. You love storytelling, design, digital engagement, and the startup ecosystem—and you’re building a career in sales/marketing, strategic storytelling, digital marketing, customer relations, or content strategy.

This is a full-time, in-person role in the Lagos office. You’ll plan, design, and publish content that connects with Clients audiences and support product users on the back end.

What You’ll Do;

  • Manage the company and partner projects’ social-media pages.
  • Create and post graphics, reels, and motion-graphic videos.
  • Edit event videos and short clips for YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Update blogs and websites with news, insights, and campaign materials.
  • Respond promptly to comments and messages.
  • Support digital campaigns and user onboarding.
  • Track and report weekly engagement and analytics.
  • Execute day-to-day marketing and sales tasks.

Requirements;

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field. (First-Class/Honours is an advantage for fresh graduates.)
  • 2–4 years’ post-NYSC experience.
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video-editing tools.
  • Ability to create motion graphics/animated explainers.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
  • Highly organised, disciplined, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with data-protection and corporate-communications ethics (training provided).
