Summary
- We are seeking a skilled Operations Engineer to support and optimize network infrastructure for corporate clients.
- The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and a solid grasp of L2/L3 networking.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and manage network infrastructure for corporate clients.
- Design and implement IT, network, and security solutions.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco, Mikrotik, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve core network issues quickly to meet SLAs.
- Develop network topologies and offer technical consultancy.
- Stay updated on new technologies and equipment across vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and follow departmental policies.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Telecommunications.
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.
- Experience with Mikrotik, Cisco, and Unix-based systems.
- Understanding of MPLS, L2/L3 VPNs, and LAC/LNS.
- Cisco ASA/Juniper firewall experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Certifications
- CCNA – Mandatory
- CCNP – Preferred.
