Job Description

  • Our HR company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern with strong writing and communication skills to join our dynamic team.
  • This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in various operational functions, with a particular emphasis on creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Writing various articles to meet the requirements of different departments.
  • Support the development of internal communications, such as memos, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by documenting current processes and proposing recommendations.
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks and projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather information and ensure effective communication.
  • Help to organize and manage operational data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in English Language, Human Resources, Mass Communications, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills.
  • 0 - 1 year experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in WordPress.
  • Ability to conduct research and synthesise information.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn new software and programs.
