Role Summary
- This role ensures Descasio meets all AWS partner compliance requirements including APN scorecard maintenance, certification tracking, revenue reporting, customer references, and audit readiness. It is a critical governance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor APN scorecard daily and flag risks or upcoming compliance tasks
- Track and maintain certification records across all technical teams
- Manage customer reference requirements and ensure documentation accuracy
- Prepare all compliance submissions, audits, and reporting deadlines
- Maintain real-time compliance dashboards for leadership visibility
- Support partner tier advancement requirements
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, AI/Data, and HR to collect compliance data
Required Experience
- 2–3 years in compliance, cloud operations, partner operations, or IT governance
- Experience with AWS partner ecosystem is a major advantage
Required Certifications
- AWS Cloud Practitioner (mandatory within first 60 days)
