Job Description
- We are seeking a highly creative Photo & Video Meme Editor to produce engaging, funny, and trend-driven content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- This role involves creating and editing photo memes, video memes, CapCut-style edits, and short-form funny videos that boost engagement and go viral across all Innovasol platforms.
- The ideal candidate understands humor, trends, and timing, and knows how to turn everyday ideas into content that connects, entertains, and grows audiences. You must be fast, creative, and comfortable working in a digital environment where trends move quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish daily photo and video memes and reaction videos.
- Develop funny, relatable, and trend-based meme content using CapCut, Canva, InShot, or similar tools.
- Edit meme-style Reels, TikToks, and funny short videos optimized for engagement.
- Research and stay updated on trending memes, sounds, and viral formats.
- Collaborate with the social media and content teams to maintain consistent humor and tone.
- Add captions, text overlays, transitions, and sound effects to enhance content quality.
- Maintain a library of reusable meme assets and trending templates.
- Experiment with new meme formats and creative ideas to boost visibility and shares.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience creating photo or video memes for social media.
- Strong understanding of social media humor, trends, and pop culture.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, InShot, or similar mobile editing tools.
- Excellent comedic timing, storytelling skills, and meme awareness.
- Ability to produce multiple edits quickly while maintaining quality.
- Creative, adaptable, and fluent in meme and internet culture.
- Organized, responsive, and able to work independently or within a team.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
