Key Responsibilities
Your roles and responsibilities shall include but not be restricted to the following:
- Task Management & Completion: Oversee all aspects of project tasks, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Developer Deliverables: Coordinate with developer teams to ensure deliverables are aligned with project goals. Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Remote Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a remote team of developers and other technical professionals. Foster a culture of productivity and accountability in a virtual work environment.
- Client Interaction & Expectation Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Manage client expectations through clear and regular communication, ensuring satisfaction with project progress and outcomes.
- Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Communicate project updates clearly to management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, and business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, IT, Computer science, Business, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of proven project management experience, preferably in tech, fintech, hardware deployment, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Jira).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an added advantage.
