Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and entrepreneurial Real Estate Analyst to join our team.
- This role is central to our investment strategy and execution, offering the opportunity to lead the sourcing and evaluation of real estate investment opportunities, manage due diligence, oversee transaction closings, and monitor asset performance post-investment.
- The Analyst will work closely with leadership and external stakeholders to identify, underwrite and execute opportunities in varying real estate and infrastructure sectors.
- This position offers significant exposure, autonomy, and profit-sharing opportunities tied to deal success.
Job Responsibilities
Investment Origination & Market Intelligence:
- Source and evaluate real estate investment opportunities aligned with
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through market research and industry
- Monitor macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to inform investment decisions.
Financial Analysis & Presentation:
- Develop financial models, including cash flow projections, investment returns, and sensitivity analyses.
- Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for leadership and investment committees, articulating the strategic rationale, risks, and mitigants for each opportunity.
Due Diligence & Transaction Management:
- Lead due diligence processes, coordinating legal, technical, and financial
- Negotiate transaction terms and manage closing processes with counterparties and
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance Asset Performance & Reporting:
- Serve as the primary contact for monitoring investment performance post-
- Track KPIs, prepare periodic performance reports, and recommend strategies for value enhancement or exit.
- Maintain strong relationships with property managers, tenants, and service Strategic Contributions:
- Collaborate with leadership on portfolio strategy, capital allocation, and risk

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Construction, Real Estate, or related field
- (master’s degree or CFA designation/training is a plus).
- 3–5 years of post-graduate experience in real estate investment, private equity, asset management, or corporate finance.
- Proven track record in sourcing and closing real estate
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling, financial research, and investment
- Strong understanding of Nigerian real estate market and regulatory
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple
