Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role located in Maiduguri for a Regional Service Desk and IT Support Officer.
  • The officer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining IT systems, including desktop computers and printers. Day-to-day tasks include resolving user queries, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring seamless operation of IT services within the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency with Information Technology systems
  • Experience with Desktop Computers and Printer Support
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and on-site
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus.
