About the Role
- Senior Brand and Marketing Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to build a brand's long-term growth and ensure it resonates with its target audience. Key responsibilities include market analysis, setting brand objectives, managing budgets, leading campaigns, and using data and analytics to track performance and refine strategies. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term brand strategies, working at the intersection of customer insight, commercial goals, and creative execution.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the entire marketing campaign lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to objectives.
- Market Analysis: Use data and market research to understand customer behavior, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Performance Tracking: Track key performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies to ensure marketing activities align with business priorities.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets to achieve set objectives and ensure the efficient use of resources.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams like product, sales, and operations to ensure brand goals are met across different departments.
Qualifications
