Job description
- Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for storytelling, digital engagement, and team collaboration? We’re looking for a Senior Communications Analyst who can take initiative, drive content strategies, and help guide how our organization shows up.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit press releases, newsletters, blogs, and internal communications
- Coordinate media outreach and secure regular media coverage
- Manage and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and Facebook
- Respond to messages, comments, and brand mentions on all social platforms
- Design basic visual content
- Track and analyze communications performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Support internal communication efforts and provide event coverage
- Lead or co-lead communications projects and mentor junior staff or interns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging
- Stay current with communication trends and suggest fresh ideas for content
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in communications, PR, marketing, or related roles
- Strong writing, editing, and content planning skills
- Confident social media manager with experience across key platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Meta Suite, Mailchimp, etc.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Demonstrated leadership potential (e.g., mentoring, project management, initiative-taking)
- Bonus: SEO basics, email marketing knowledge, or light video editing skills
