Job Summary: 

  • We are looking for a highly analytical and performancedriven Media Buyer with handson experience in the Forex or gaming industry to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate is a digital strategist with deep expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, YouTube, GDN), and Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.), and has a sharp eye for performance metrics and ad creative optimization. 
  • You will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing multichannel campaigns to acquire highquality users at scale, collaborating with designers, content specialists, and analysts to achieve ROI targets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and Native ad networks 
  • Develop acquisition strategies aligned with KPIs like CPL, CPA, ROAS, FTDs, and LTV 
  • Build and manage campaign funnels tailored for Forex and online trading including audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalikes 
  • Work closely with creative teams to define briefs for highconverting ads including banners, videos, and landing pages 
  • Come up with new innovative creatives and stories which will lead to improve lead generation 
  • Implement A/B tests and multivariate tests on creatives, headlines, CTAs, and targeting strategies 
  • Monitor daily performance, analyze campaign data, and generate actionable insights 
  • Manage and optimize monthly media budgets while hitting aggressive growth goals 
  • Stay current on industry trends, ad policies, platform updates, and competitor strategies 
  • Recommend and implement scaling strategies using automation, AI tools, and rulesbased systems 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of media buying experience, with proven success in Forex or gaming 
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Native platforms 
  • Proficient in campaign structures, advanced targeting tactics, attribution models, and audience building 
  • Strong experience working with performance analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Voluum, Tableau, etc.) 
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative and tactical decisions 
  • Exceptional communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills 
  • Experience with compliance and creative limitations in regulated industries 
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
