Overview

  • We are looking for a skilled SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online visibility, improve search performance, and support the execution of digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SEO best practices, analytics, digital campaigns, and content optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing our search performance and leading core digital marketing activities. The role involves keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy support, and performance reporting. You will also help plan and execute digital campaigns across key channels.

Main Duties

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to improve rankings and organic traffic.
  • Implement on-page SEO updates, including metadata, internal linking, and website optimization.
  • Manage off-page SEO activities such as link-building, outreach, and digital PR support.
  • Work with the team to refine content strategy, optimize new and existing articles, and ensure SEO alignment.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Plan and support digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO and campaign performance, recommending actions for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, search algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Solid knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of content optimization and technical SEO basics.
  • Experience managing digital campaigns (paid or organic).
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of email marketing or social media advertising tools.
