Role Description
- This is a full-time remote role for a Service Management Engineer at Trusoft Limited.
- The Service Management Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, maintenance and repair of software solutions.
- The role involves working closely with clients, communicating effectively, and providing timely and efficient technical assistance.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Experience in field service and customer support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the software industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
