Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in SRE, DevOps, or IT operations—preferably within the financial services or banking industry.
- Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration, scripting (e.g., Python, Bash), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack), and automation tools (e.g.,Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).
- Strong background in high-availability environments, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Understanding of security protocols, data protection regulations, and financial compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
