- We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social and Communications Associate to help us grow and engage our online community. You will play a key role in bringing our brand’s voice to life across different social platforms, creating content that connects with our audience and reflects who we are.
- This role is perfect for someone who has experience managing social pages, loves experimenting with content, and pays attention to what works (and what doesn’t).
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and TikTok.
- Keep an eye on trends and jump in on relevant conversations that fit our brand.
- Respond to comments and messages, and help us build a friendly, active online community.
- Work with the creative team to brainstorm campaigns, newsletter, product launches and content and ideas.
- Track post-performance and share simple reports on what\'s working an what can be improved.
- Run small targeted ad campaigns.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience managing or assisting with social media pages (can include internships or freelance work).
- Good writing and storytelling skills, you know how to make posts feel natural, not forced.
- Familiarity with Canva or other basic design tools.
- Basic video editing skills (Reels, TikTok, short clips).
- A genuine interest in digital trends, culture, and community engagement.
