Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Associate to manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube.
Key Goals
- Drive strong engagement on our posts
- Grow our social media followers across all platforms
- Increase website traffic from social media channels
- Boost candidate sign-ups through social media campaigns
Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.) using design and AI tools
- Actively engage with relevant groups, communities, and pages
- Build relationships with HR leaders and executives
- Promote and sell our services through social media
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries
- Develop content that resonates with both candidates and employers
What We are Looking For
- Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms
- Creativity in content creation (graphics, short-form video, storytelling)
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive measurable results
- Experience engaging professional audiences (especially HR or recruitment) is a plus
