Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Community Manager to grow and engage our online community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing all social media channels, fostering community relationships, and supporting brand visibility and growth across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand goals
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and online community members
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Track and analyse performance metrics to optimise content and engagement
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Organise online events, giveaways, or conversations that boost community interaction
- Represent the brand voice consistently across all channels
Preferred Qualifications & Background:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or community engagement
- Proven ability to create, grow and manage online communities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Passion for digital culture, trends, and audience engagement
