About the Role

  • You will own our social media presence and be responsible for creating content that drives traffic, converts engagement into sales, and supports the growth of our e-commerce revenue.
  • This is not just a posting role. It is a performance-driven position focused on measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will create high-converting video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
  • You will shoot and edit product videos including reels and other short-form content, design engaging graphics and promotional banners, develop a weekly content calendar, and write compelling captions with strong calls to action.
  • You will grow followers, increase engagement rate, drive traffic to the website, promote offers and new arrivals, support product launches with campaign content, monitor trends, and adjust strategies quickly to stay relevant.
  • You will work closely with the customer support team and website operators to highlight best-selling and high-margin products, create urgency-driven promotional content, track campaign performance, and recommend ideas that improve conversion rates. You will submit weekly performance reports covering reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and overall impact.

Requirements

  • Applicants must reside in Ikeja or within the Ikeja axis. A minimum of two years’ experience in social media marketing is required, preferably with an e-commerce brand. Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere are essential, along with graphic design skills using Canva or Photoshop. You must be able to shoot quality content with a smartphone or camera, understand Instagram and TikTok algorithms, and have a strong sales-driven mindset.
