Responsibilities

  • Managing social media pages for the brand and its clients.
  • Driving engagement on social media platforms.
  • Designing and implementing social media strategies that align with business goals.
  • Generating and posting engaging content as agreed (videos, reels, pictures etc.).
  • Engaging followers, responding to enquiries on time and monitoring comments/customer reviews.
  • Collaborating with other teams (design, copywriting etc.) to plan, develop, implement and monitor content calendars for managed brands.
  • Monitoring brand sentiment and audience feedback.
  • Providing insights for decision making.
  • Carrying out periodic research to provide insights on trends, new features etc. in the social media space.
  • Presenting strategies, reports and insights to management and clients as required.
  • Developing and executing always-on and tactical campaigns for managed brands that meet business objectives and achieve set KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • First degree in communications, marketing or any relevant social science course.
  • Relevant certifications and professional memberships will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in social media management/digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of social media management.
  • Experience with social media advertising (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads) etc.

  • A sound understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X (Formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube etc).
  • A sound understanding of research and insights tools.
