Responsibilities
- The Social Media Manager will manage and grow the personal brand of the CEO.
- The role includes creating impactful content, overseeing all social media platforms, managing engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging across digital channels.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the CEO's brand and business objectives.
- Create and curate high-quality content highlighting leadership, business work, and public engagements.
- Manage daily platform activity, engagement, and community interactions.
- Monitor reputation, handle sensitive issues, and support crisis
- communication.
- Lead social media campaigns for key events, announcements, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with communications teams and report performance metrics to executive leadership.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience managing social media for executives or public figures.
- Strong writing, visual storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Skilled in analytics, strategy development, and digital tools.
- High professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information.
