Responsibilities

  • The Social Media Manager will manage and grow the personal brand of the CEO.
  • The role includes creating impactful content, overseeing all social media platforms, managing engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging across digital channels.
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the CEO's brand and business objectives.
  • Create and curate high-quality content highlighting leadership, business work, and public engagements.
  • Manage daily platform activity, engagement, and community interactions.
  • Monitor reputation, handle sensitive issues, and support crisis
  • communication.
  • Lead social media campaigns for key events, announcements, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with communications teams and report performance metrics to executive leadership.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of experience managing social media for executives or public figures.
  • Strong writing, visual storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Skilled in analytics, strategy development, and digital tools.
  • High professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information.
