Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Operations Manager located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
- The Ecommerce Operations Manager will oversee daily e-commerce operations, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure the accuracy of product listings.
- This role includes analyzing sales data, optimizing the online shopping experience, and responding to customer inquiries.
- The E-commerce Operations Manager will also collaborate with marketing and IT teams to enhance website functionality and user experience.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, finance, or a related field.
- A master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an added advantage.
- 6–8+ years of experience in commercial or sales roles.
- Experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Skills in sales data analysis and product listing accuracy.
- Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth.
- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
- Deep understanding of market trends and customer behaviours.
